The build
Sniffspot was migrating off SendGrid onto Braze. We built the data portal that made it safe: a GraphQL layer over the customer model, a three-tier spec that separated live, static, and planned attributes, and audit tooling that tracked sends, content cards, and the push backlog through the cutover.
